As an assembly machine for spinal arachnoid anesthesia needles, lancet needles and pencil point needles can be assembled.
Both inner and outer needles can be bonded to the needle base with either UV or epoxy adhesive.
Regarding the assembly of the inner and outer needles of the spinal needle, we use a vertical type that takes into consideration the damage to the needle tip, and we perform an inspection using image processing for confirmation after combination.
