The main product that MSK is currently active in is the automatic manufacturing machine for medical devices.
It is never permissible for a malfunction of our equipment to endanger the safety and life of the end users, healthcare professionals and patients. The same is true if the equipment does not operate smoothly and there is a problem with its supply.

STEP 1.

Meeting

First of all, please contact us on our website or by phone. We will have a meeting at your visit, visit, or web conference. Please show the required specifications ( URS ) if you have them.

Quotation

After confirming the required specifications, we will present a quotation and equipment specifications.

STEP 4.

Equipment machine design

We will submit the overall schedule plan.
Mechanical design → DR (design review) → Place an order for parts.
We perform electrical design (hard disk design → parts ordering → software design).

STEP 5.

Equipment assembly

After the parts procurement is completed, the equipment assembly work will start.
Equipment assembly-> piping-> wiring-> software installation-> test operation.

STEP 6.

FAT (Factory acceptance test)

After completing the in-house test operation, we will submit the assembled product from the equipment.
After confirming that there are no problems with the submitted items, we will carry out FAT in the presence of the customer .

Packing / loading / shipping

STEP 7.

Shipment: Flow of setting up at Customer’s site

After passing FAT
We will disassemble the equipment → pack it → transport it → bring it to the customer's factory → restore the equipment → test operation.

STEP 8.

Flow of SAT (Site acceptance test)

After the test operation is completed, SAT will be conducted in the presence of the customer After passing the test, the equipment will be handed over after operator training.
