For long-term infusions, plastic catheters are becoming the mainstream from metal needles for injection needles used in dialysis treatment, and we design an automatic assembly machine that meets the needs of each customer, such as the product configuration and the presence or absence of safety functions.We will manufacture it.

　As for the outer needle material, we have a track record of tip molding with Teflon and urethane, including PVC and PP.

  We also design and manufacture individual components (components) such as drip tubes and plastic needles, and assembly devices for various sub-assemblies (upper side from plastic needles to drip tubes and lower side such as PSV lines). We also perform side hole drilling by punching.  The device configuration is equipped with necessary and sufficient inspection units such as outer needle tip shape, inner and outer needle assembly, and inner needle tip damage.    We also support individual packaging and small box loading by automatic loading device to blister packaging machine and pillow packaging.
